Discover Uganda: The Pearl of Africa at the International Bazaar of Luxembourg

At the International Bazaar of Luxembourg, this November Sembeza Africa is inviting visitors to discover the vibrant culture of Uganda. The event will take place at LuxExpo (The Box) in Luxemburg from 21 to 23 November 2025, and entry is free for everyone who would like to join in on the fun.

Uganda is often known as the Pearl of Africa, and the team behind the Sembeza Africa stand aims to bring a little of that spirit to Luxembourg.

Visitors can enjoy hot Ugandan food and drinks, sample traditional Ugandan spirits, and learn more about Uganda's culinary traditions. There will also be performances of traditional dances, including Maganda, along with other cultural showcases that celebrate Uganda’s heritage and community life.

Tourism presentations will run throughout the event, either live or on screen.

The stand is organised by Sembeza Africa ASBL Luxembourg in partnership with the International Bazaar of Luxembourg. Both organisations share a commitment to cultural exchange, community engagement, and fundraising for good causes, and the Uganda stand forms part of a wider celebration of global cultures represented at the bazaar.
